I am Amber, the lady at work behind, Sweet Nothings Catering. Since I was a child I have known I  wanted to become a Pastry Chef and I have worked very hard to be the success I am today. At the age of 20 I moved across country from the Outer Banks of North Carolina to attend Pastry school in Boulder, Colorado and In 2013, I graduated from The Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. I have experienced everything from Mom and Pop cupcake shops to 5 star fine dining and have accumulated a  vast knowledge of desserts and pastries but specialize in Custom Cakes. I cater to every event ranging from extravagant Weddings, to backyard  Birthday bashes! I believe my customer service, attention to detail, creative mind and decadent cake is what sets me apart in my industry. My number one priority is to exceed my customers expectations, which shines through in my 5 star rating on Facebook, Wedding Wire and Google reviews.
